The Brickell Key Master Association provides many high quality services to its members.

Amongst the most important are:

• Patrol and Monitoring
• Landscaping
• Traffic Control including smart pass access system and oversight of public transportation
• Installation and maintenance of roadways, utilities, signage, seawall, and other Island infrastructure.
• Special Projects such as children's playground and Brickell Key bridge enhancements
• Administer members' use of common areas and amenities
• Budgeting and accounting of members' dues
