Swire Properties today announced the development of the ultra luxury condominium ASIA, to be located on the north waterfront of Brickell Key, between Carbonell and One Tequesta Point. Said Swire Properties President Stephen L. Owens, 'ASIA represents another $150 million investment by Swire in Brickell Key. A project of this design calibre and cost is sure to increase values island-wide. We will also be enlarging and enhancing both the Village Green and the children's playground as part of the ASIA construction.'
Construction of the ASIA project is anticipated to commence in April of 2005 and finish in March of 2007. During construction, the Village Green will be closed, but the children's playground has been relocated to the south lawn, between the hotel Mandarin Oriental, Miami and the St. Louis.
